Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes

These also taste good immediately!
Ingredients
| 5 lbs potatoes (9 large) | 1 tsp salt |
| 8 oz package cream cheese | 1/4 tsp pepper |
| 1 cup sour cream | 2 tsp garlic powder |
| 2 tsp onion powder | 2 T butter |
| 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder | 1/2 tsp ground black pepper |
Directions
Cook peeled potatoes in salted water until tender, drain. Mash until smooth, add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Cook, cover and place in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
To eat place desired amount in greased casserole, dot with butter and bake at 350ºF until heated through. (Approximately 30 minutes.)
