Honey-Glazed Chicken Stir-fry

Ingredients
| 12 oz skinless, boneless chicken | 4 tsp soy sauce |
| 2 T honey | 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch |
| 2 T vinegar | 2 T cooking oil |
| 2 T orange juice | |
| 4 cups vegetables – broccoli, pepper, onion | 2 cups hot rice |
Directions
Cut chicken into bite-size strips; set aside. For sauce, a small bowl stir together honey, vinegar, orange juice, soy sauce, and cornstarch; set aside.
Pour oil into a large skillet. Heat over medium-high heat. Add vegetables to wok; cook and stir until veggies are crisp-tender. Remove veggies from skillet. Add chicken; cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink. Push chicken from the center of pan. Stir sauce; add to center of the pan. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Return cooked veggies to skillet, Cook and stir until heated through. Serve over rice.
