Apple Pecan Bundt Cake

I've made it with 4 cups of apples and 1/2 cup chopped fresh cranberries and it tasted good that way too!
Ingredients
| 3 cups flour | 1 1/2 cup oil |
| 1 tsp baking soda | 2 tsp vanilla |
| 1 tsp salt | 2 3/4 cup apples |
| 3 eggs | 1 cup chopped pecans |
| 2 cups sugar |
Directions
Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Add apples and nuts.
Put in a greased & floured bundt pan.
Bake at 325° F for 1 hour to an1 hour 15 minutes.
