Chocolate Swirl Cupcakes

Ingredients
| 1/4 cup butter | 2 cups flour |
| 1 cup sugar | 1 T baking powder |
| 2 large eggs | 1/2 tsp salt |
| 1 1/4 cup sour cream | 2 1/2 cups flour |
| 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips | 1 tsp butter |
Directions
Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla for 3 minutes.
Mix in flour, baking powder, salt and sour cream. Put in cupcake tins.
Mix and melt in a separate bowl chocolate chips and butter. Spoon on top of batter and swirl.
Bake at 400°F 20 minutes for regular muffins or 30 minutes for large cupcakes.
