Light Strawberry

Ingredients
| 1 T purée strawberries | 2 tsp lemon juice |
| 2 tsp strawberry syrup (daiquiri mix) | 2 tsp grapefruit juice |
Directions
Shake all but wine together firmly with ice in a shaker.
Strain into champagne glass and top off with sparkling wine.
Garnish with 1/2 of a strawberry and enjoy!
