Corn Bread

Has a bit sugar then most. If you use sour cream instead of milk it is more moist.
Ingredients
| 1 1/4 cup flour | 1/2 tsp salt |
| 3/4 cup corn meal | 1 cup milk or sour cream |
| 3/4 cup sugar | 1/4 cup oil |
| 2 tsp baking powder | 2 eggs |
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the milk, eggs and oil; beat for 1 minute. Pour into a greased 9-inch square-baking pan.
Bake at 350ยบ F for 30 minutes.
