Apple Syrup/Topping

Used for Pancakes, Waffles, or Ice Cream

Ingredients

1 cup water 1 1/2 to 2 T cornstarch
1 cup sugar 2 1/2 to 3 cups apples, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions
Heat water, sugar, and cinnamon until sugar is dissolved. Thicken with cornstarch. Add Apples
